Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our standard shipping method.
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier-related delays such as weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping packaging
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date
- Send the photos along with your order number to: n.villafranco@yahoo.com
Without photographic proof of damage, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the address.
