At ACE KIDS BOUTIQUE, Inc., our mission is to provide high-quality kids clothing and a smooth, reliable shopping experience for every customer. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason your purchase does not meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Clearance or final sale items
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns are accepted by mail only.
We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product, return shipping will be covered by us.
- If the return is due to customer error, size issues, or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number or proof of purchase inside the package
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team
Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee.
Eligible returns are processed without any additional handling charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you.
Please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos and order details to: n.villafranco@yahoo.com
Claims submitted after 7 days or without photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
