Order Cancellation & Refund Information
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by sending us an email at n.villafranco@yahoo.com. Please include your order number in the email for faster assistance.
Once we receive and inspect any returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once delivery is completed.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order status.
I mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?
Shipping address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
- If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately so we can assist with possible carrier options or return instructions once the package is delivered.
